Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 pounds (1.5 to 2 kilograms) boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

  1. PLACE pork in slow cooker.
  2. MIX remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over pork. Cover.
  3. COOK 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW. Remove pork from slow cooker.
  4. SHRED pork using 2 forks. Toss with 1 cup juice from slow cooker. Serve on rolls with coleslaw, if desired.
