Ingredients

  • 375 g boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed and cut into 3 pieces
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (30 ml) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (30 ml) FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

  1. PLACE pork in slow cooker.
  2. MIX remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over pork. Cover COOK 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW. Remove pork from slow cooker.
  3. SHRED pork using 2 forks. Toss with 1 cup juice from slow cooker.
  4. To Serve, fill split rolls with shredded pork and coleslaw, if desired.
