  1. Preheat grill on high heat. Place a cooking griddle/flat pan on the barbecue grates.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the meat with Frank's RedHot Original sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Place the patties on the griddle and smash them flat with a spatula. Flip the patties after two minutes and continue cooking for another two minutes. Using a pastry brush, spread additional Frank's RedHot Original on the cooked patties and place the cheese slices on top.
  4. Grill the inside of the buns for 1 minute on the barbecue.
  5. Dress the inside of the buns with Frank's RedHot® Buffalo 'N Ranch Thick Sauce, tomato, lettuce, two patties, and a few crispy fried onion rings.
