Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500 grams) lean ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mililiter) Frank's RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce, divided
  • 1/3 cup (75 mililiters) pank breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup (60 mililiters) finely chopped cilantro
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons (10 mililiters) finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 mililiters) salt

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix ground turkey, 1/4 cup (60ml) of the Sweet Chili Sauce, panko, cilantro, green onions, egg, ginger and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  2. BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through; turning half way through cooking.
  3. TRANSFER meatballs to large bowl. Add remaining Sweet Chili Sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
  4. Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled and placed in a slow cooker set to WARM for a party buffet.
