Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (1 kilogram) ground chicken
  • 2 large egg
  • 1 cup (250 milliliters) panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Club House® Pure Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Club House® Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) Club House® Onion Powder
  • 1 bottle (12 ounces/354 ml) Frank's RedHot® Mango Habanero Wings Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line large rimmed baking pan with foil and spray with no stick cooking spray. Set aside. Mix all ingredients, except Wings Sauce, in large bowl just until combined.
  2. Scoop meatball mixture by the heaping tablespoon (15 ml) and roll into balls. Arrange on prepared baking pan.
  3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. (Internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
  4. Pour Wings Sauce in large bowl. Add hot cooked meatballs and toss gently to coat. Serve on small skewers or toothpicks, or keep warm in slow cooker until ready to serve. Serve with additional Wings Sauce for dipping, if desired.

    Serving Suggestions: Serve on small skewers, alternating with pieces of green onion, cubed pineapple or mango (grilled, if desired). Place in a slow cooker on warm setting to serve buffet-style at parties or tailgates.
