PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C). Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix, milk and 1/4 cup (60 ml) of the RedHot Sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
MIX cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup (60 ml) RedHot Sauce in large bowl. Spread mixture evenly in bottom of a shallow baking dish. Layer with refried beans, meat mixture, green chiles and cheese.
BAKE 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
Test Kitchen Tip: For some extra RedHot flavour, drizzle with additional RedHot Sauce.
