Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mililiters) diced cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiters) FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 10 ounces (280 grams) tortilla chips
  • 2 cups (500 mililiters) shredded Cheddar

directions

  1. TOSS chicken with Frank's RedHot Sauce.
  2. LAYER chicken mixture with chips and cheese in baking dish or on pizza pan.
  3. BAKE at 350°F (180°C) until hot and cheese melts.
  4. Tip: Add ½ cup (125 mL) of the following to nachos along with chicken: chopped bell peppers, sliced green onion, sliced black peppers or diced jalapeno peppers.
  5. Tip: For a change of pace, substitute chicken for 2 cups (500 mL) diced shrimp.
