Ingredients

  • 1 package (800 grams) frozen French fries
  • 1 pound (500 grams) popcorn chicken bites
  • 2 packages (25 grams each) Club House® Chicken Gravy Mix
  • 2 cups (500 milliliters) water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1 cup (250 milliliters) cheese curds
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) crumbled blue cheese, optional

directions

  1. Prepare fries and popcorn chicken as directed on package, cooking until crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk water into gravy mix in small saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until gravy comes to boil. Stir in hot sauce. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.)
  3. To assemble, arrange hot cooked fries on serving platter or sheet pan. Top with crispy chicken bites and cheese curds. Pour buffalo gravy over top. Sprinkle with green onion and blue cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
