• vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 package (900 grams) frozen fries
  • 1 can (354 milliliters) evaporated milk
  • 1 package (226 grams) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) FRANK'S RedHot® Original Seasoning Blend


  1. POUR oil into deep fryer or deep heavy skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat on medium-high heat to 375°F (190°C). Fill fryer basket no more than half full of frozen fries. Carefully lower basket into hot oil.
  2. FRY 4 to 7 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. MEANWHILE, whisk evaporated milk, cheese and Seasoning in medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
  4. SERVE cheese sauce over French fries. Top with crumbled bacon and sliced green onions, if desired.
