Ingredients

  • 1 pound (500 grams) ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup (125 mililiters) dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mililiters) La Grille® Spicy Montreal Steak Spice Seasoning
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

directions

  1. Preheat grill on medium heat.
  2. Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and seasoning in medium bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Grill burgers 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF). Sprinkle burgers with more Spicy Montreal Steak Spice Seasoning while cooking, if desired. Add cheese slices to burgers 1 minute before cooking is completed.
  4. Serve burgers on buns and top with RedHot Sauce and your favourite toppings.
