  1. PLACE avocado, 1 tablespoon of the RedHot Sauce and lime juice in medium bowl. Mash avocado using potato masher or back of a fork (leave it chunky, if you’d like). Stir in onion and cilantro until well blended.
  2. TRANSFER to a serving bowl. Drizzle with remaining RedHot Sauce. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping or as a topping for nachos, tacos or even as a spread for burgers and sandwiches!

    Test Kitchen Tip:To select ripe avocados for guacamole or any other dish, give them a gentle squeeze. They should be firm with a slight give. You can also test ripeness by removing the small stem—if it pops off easily, they’re ready to eat.
