Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 9 ounces corn kernels
  • 15 1/2 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ripe tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

directions

  1. MIX oil, RedHot Sauce, vinegar, cilantro, garlic, chili powder and salt in a large bowl with wire whisk until well-blended. ADD beans, corn, tomato and onions. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh lime wedges. Serve with grilled steak, chicken, or burgers.
