  • 3 ounces (94 grams) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 tablespoons (120 milliliters) Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, divided
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) Club House® Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 4 cups (1 liter) sliced yellow onion
  • 5 polish sausages, butterflied lengthwise (do not cut all the way through)
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) sliced jalapeño peppers


  1. Mix cream cheese and 2 tablespoons (30ml) of the RedHot sauce in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions and remaining 6 tablespoons (90ml) RedHot Sauce. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown. Remove onions from pan; set aside. Add sausages to hot pan, cut side down. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer or until browned and heated through.
  3. Place sausages on toasted rolls, cut side up. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over sausages. Top with RedHot caramelized onions and sliced jalapeños. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning to serve.

    •Prep ahead for an easy game day finish. Mix up cream cheese and caramelize onions the day before. Refrigerate and reheat at game time, searing the sausages right before kick-off.
