Searching for a better burger? You're in luck. Season ground beef with Frank's RedHot® Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix and stuff patties with cheese before grilling to juicy perfection. Top with classic condiments for a zesty flavour explosion.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of the Seasoning Mix in small bowl, set aside.
Mix ground beef and remaining Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Divide into 12 portions, about 1/4 cup (60 ml) each. Shape into thin patties. Place about 1 heaping tablespoon (15 ml) of the cream cheese mixture in center of each of 6 patties. Top with remaining patties, pinching edges to seal filling. If necessary, lightly flatten with spatula
Grill on medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
Serve burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
Test Kitchen Tip: To prepare burgers on the stove top, cook patties in large skillet on medium heat, 4 to 6 minutes per side. Toast rolls in same skillet, if desired.
