Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package FRANK'S RedHot® Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 6 hamburger rolls

  1. MIX cream cheese, shredded cheese, and 1 teaspoon Seasoning Mix in small bowl, set aside.
  2. MIX ground beef and remaining Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Divide into 12 portions, about 1/4 cup each. Shape into thin patties. Place about 1 heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in center of each of 6 patties. Top with remaining patties, pinching edges to seal filling. If necessary, lightly flatten with spatula.
  3. GRILL on medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
  4. SERVE burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments.
