Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250 g) cooked shredded chicken
  • 250 g cream cheese, softened
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) blue cheese,crumbled
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ranch dressing

directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 200°C (180˚C fan forced).
  2. MIX all ingredients in a large bowl. Spread mixture evenly into a lightly greased 1L baking dish.
  3. BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Garnish as desired. Serve with chips, crackers and/or vegetables.
  4. Test Kitchen Tip •Microwave Directions: Prepare as above. Place in microwave-safe dish. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 5 minutes, until hot, stirring half way through cooking. •Slow Cooker Method: Combine ingredients as directed above. Place mixture into small slow cooker. Cover and heat on HIGH for 1 ½ hours until hot and bubbly, or on LOW for 2 ½ to 3 hours. Stir.
