Epic ribs don’t have to be complicated. Cooked low and slow in the oven, these juicy, tender, baby back ribs are brushed with Franks RedHot® Smokin Sweet BBQ Wings Sauce, layering molasses, cayenne and chipotle pepper flavors that the whole crew will enjoy.
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line large sheet pan with foil. Place wire rack on pan. Pull off the thin membrane from the underside of each rack of ribs. Season ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place ribs on wire rack, meaty-side up. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender and begins to shrink back from the ends of the bones, and internal temperature reaches about 205°F.
Remove ribs from oven. Carefully place oven rack 6-inches below broiler. Preheat broiler on HIGH. Remove foil. Turn ribs so bony undersides are facing up. Brush with 1/4 cup of the Smokin' Sweet BBQ Wings Sauce.
Broil 2 to 4 minutes or just until sauce begins to caramelize. Remove from oven and carefully turn ribs, brushing meaty-side with remaining 3/4 cup Smokin' Sweet BBQ Wings Sauce. Broil 1 to 2 minutes longer, or just until sauce is bubbly.
