Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 package Frank's® RedHot® Queso Dip Seasoning Mix
  • 1 package (16 ounces) prepared cheese product such as Velveeta®, cubed
  • 1 package (13 ounces) tortilla chips
  • 1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and crumbled

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix tomatoes, milk, Seasoning Mix, and cheese in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until cheese is melted and smooth.
  2. ARRANGE tortilla chips in single layer on lightly greased foil-lined shallow baking pan, overlapping chips if needed to cover bottom completely. Top chips with beef and drizzle with cheese sauce.
  3. BAKE 10 minutes. Top with sour cream, chopped avocado, onion and cilantro, if desired.
