We dare you to have just one of these bad boys. Coated in a tasty mix of Frank’s RedHot® Sauce, butter and almond flour, this keto-inspired, air-fried Buffalo cauliflower are just the thing to take game day – and the appetizer spread– over the top.
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
3/4 cup almond flour
PREHEAT air fryer to 370°F. Mix 1/4 cup of the redhot sauce and 2 tablespoons of the melted butter in large bowl. Add cauliflower florets; toss until well-coated and sauce is absorbed. Gradually sprinkle almond flour over cauliflower in bowl, tossing to coat.
PLACE cauliflower in fryer basket. Air fry 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy on the outside, gently shaking basket or tossing cauliflower halfway through cooking.
MIX remaining 3 tablespoons RedHot Sauce and 2 tablespoons butter in small bowl. Transfer cauliflower bites to serving platter. Drizzle immediately with RedHot butter mixture. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing, if desired.
