MIX mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of the Sweet Chili Sauce in medium bowl; set aside.
SEASON meat with salt and pepper. Mix in 1/4 cup of the remaining Sweet Chili Sauce. Shape into 6 patties.
GRILL burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked desired doneness; brushing with remaining 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce.
SERVE burgers on rolls with Sweet Chili Mayo, and lettuce and tomato, if desired.
