Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons FRANK’S RedHot® Kickin’ BBQ Seasoning
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 potato hamburger rolls

  1. HEAT cast iron skillet on medium-high heat until hot. Divide beef into 4 equal balls. Season on all sides with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning.
  2. PLACE meat balls in hot skillet. Use a spatula to smash and flatten into patties about 5-inches in diameter. Cook 2 minutes or until browned and crispy on bottom. Flip; cook 1 minute. Top with a slice of cheese and cook 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted.
  3. MEANWHILE, mix mayo and remaining 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning in small bowl. Spread mayo mixture on buns and top with burger patties. Serve with pickles, if desired.
