• 1 can (10 ounces) young jackfruit, drained and rinsed
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • Chips, carrot sticks, or cucumber slices, for serving


  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Using your fingers or two forks, shred the jackfruit into a large bowl. Add the cream cheese, yogurt, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, RedHot Sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix until combined.
  2. SPREAD the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over top.
  3. BAKE for about 30 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly. Serve hot with chips, carrots, or cucumbers.
