Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Frank's® RedHot® Buffalo Ranch Seasoning Blend
  • 1 1/2 cups Kitchen Basics® Original Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 8 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

directions

  1. MELT butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
  2. STIR in Seasoning Blend, stock, and water. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta. Cover. Cook on medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. STIR in chicken, heavy cream and cream cheese. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened and cream cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with Frank’s RedHot® Sauce, if desired.
