1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot® Chile ‘N Lime Seasoning
4 salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick and about 6 ounces each
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
lime wedges, (optional)
PREHEAT broiler and place oven rack about 6 inches from heat. Place salmon, skin-side down, on large foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle salmon with honey and sprinkle evenly with RedHot Chile & Lime Seasoning, salt and pepper.
BROIL salmon about 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork and internal temperature reaches about 145°F. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
