Ingredients

  • Frank's RedHot® Chargrilled Habanero Craft Hot Sauce, (as much as you like)
  • Large portion of wedges/chips
  • 1 sliced yellow pepper
  • 1 sliced red pepper
  • 1 sliced red onion
  • 150 millilitres passata
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 40 grams grated mozzarella
  • Handful of jalapeños
  • 50 millilitres sour cream

directions

  1. Cook your wedges/fries as per packet instructions
  2. Add the peppers and onion to a pan with a little oil, and fry until soft and golden. Add the spices and brown sugar, and cook for a further 2 minutes
  3. Add the passata to the onions and peppers, and cook out for 5 more minutes
  4. Pour in a generous glug of Frank’s RedHot Chargrilled Habanero and stir into the mix
  5. Place the fries/wedges into a bowl and top with the peppers and onions mixture
  6. Sprinkle on the grated mozzarella, jalapeños and sour cream and add an extra splash of Frank’s Chargrilled Habanero. Munch!
