Ingredients

  • FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 12 beef meatballs
  • 800 grams bag of skin on fries
  • 400 gram tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • 3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 100 grams cheddar (grated)
  • 100 grams mozzarella (grated)
  • Chopped chives
  • Chopped coriander

directions

  1. Firstly place the fries in the fryer and fry until golden and crisp
  2. Begin frying off your onions until brown. Then throw in with your chilli flakes and crushed garlic for a minute or two.
  3. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and the Frank’s RedHot and leave to simmer
  4. While the marinara sauce is simmering away, add your meatballs to a frying pan with oil and brown them off, ensuring they are fully cooked
  5. When the meatballs are finished, add the marinara sauce. With the meatballs all saucy and the fries done; find a large ovenproof dish and add the fries. Then add the saucy meatballs on top
  6. Splash another helping of Frank’s RedHot on top, along with the cheddar and mozzarella
  7. Place in a preheated oven (200c) for 3 minutes.
  8. After 3 minutes, the cheese should be melted and golden.
  9. Sprinkle the chives and coriander on top and booooooom! Your fatty Frank’s meatball marinara loaded fries are finished!
