4 tablespoon Frank's RedHot® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mild chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Place steaks into a deep dish. Mix the remaining ingredients into a thin paste.
Rub the spice paste over the steaks, coating evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Grill the steaks on a medium-high heat; 2-3 minutes each side for medium-rare, 4-5 minutes each side for medium-well done, turning once half-way through. Leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
