Ingredients

  • 4 x 225 grams sirloin steaks,, fat removed
  • 4 tablespoon Frank's RedHot® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mild chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

directions

  1. Place steaks into a deep dish. Mix the remaining ingredients into a thin paste.
  2. Rub the spice paste over the steaks, coating evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill the steaks on a medium-high heat; 2-3 minutes each side for medium-rare, 4-5 minutes each side for medium-well done, turning once half-way through. Leave to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
