PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce and chicken in medium saucepan. Cook and stir until heated through.
PLACE bottom half of rolls on large shallow baking pan. Spoon chicken evenly onto bottom half of rolls. Top each with 1/2 cup cheese. Cover with top of rolls.
BAKE sandwiches 4 to 6 minutes, or just until cheese is melty. Serve topped with ranch or blue cheese dressing and additional Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce if desired.

Boil, poach or bake about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs. You can even use your Instant Pot®!
To Bake, brush chicken lightly with oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper if desired. Place on shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray and bake in preheated 425°F oven about 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. To make in the Instant Pot, place chicken in pot. Add 1 cup water. Close lid and set valve to seal. Set to cook 20 minutes on MEAT/STEW function or until chicken is cooked through. When done, quick-release the pressure. Open the lid once pressure inside the pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating directions.) Transfer chicken to bowl and shred using 2 forks.
