Mix the FRANK'S RedHot® Chile 'N Lime™ Hot Sauce, oil, light brown sugar, light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and garlic in a large bowl, and rub all over the salmon fillets. Transfer on to a lined baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes under the grill.
Once cooked, serve with a scatter of coriander and peanuts and a squeeze of fresh lime. Drizzle with extra Frank’s Chile 'N Lime™ Hot Sauce.
