Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Chilli 'N Lime™ Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

directions

  1. Start by pre-heating the grill to high.
  2. Mix the FRANK'S RedHot® Chile 'N Lime™ Hot Sauce, oil, light brown sugar, light soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and garlic in a large bowl, and rub all over the salmon fillets. Transfer on to a lined baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes under the grill.
  3. Once cooked, serve with a scatter of coriander and peanuts and a squeeze of fresh lime. Drizzle with extra Frank’s Chile 'N Lime™ Hot Sauce.
