  1. Cook the bacon to your preference, then place on a plate and cover in tin foil to keep it warm. Set aside.
  2. Using a cookie cutter, cut a circle out of one slice of bread. Butter each slice on both sides.
  3. Place the bread in a large frying pan, and toast one side until golden.
  4. Whilst cooking, slice up your avocado and set aside.
  5. Turn the toast over in the pan, then crack the egg into the hole.
  6. Let the egg cook for about 2-3 minutes, then cover with a lid to finish cooking. The white should be fully cooked and the yolk to your liking.
  7. Carefully remove both slices of toast from the pan. Place the full slice of toast on a plate, followed by the cooked bacon, sliced avocado and Frank’s RedHot sauce.
  8. Place the egg toast on the top and add more Frank’s RedHot sauce if you wish.
  9. Cut in half and serve immediately.
