  1. Fry/grill your bacon.
  2. Peel and grate the potato and squeeze out excess juice with a clean tea towel.
  3. Add to a bowl along with a whisked egg, onion powder, salt & pepper and combine.
  4. Pour mix into a preheated waffle maker and cook until nice and crispy.
  5. Once cooked, cut the waffle in half and to one side, add grated cheese & bacon.
  6. Put the other side on top & pop back into the waffle maker until the cheese has melted.
  7. Top potato waffle with sour cream & chives and as much Frank’s RedHot Chargrilled Habanero hot sauce as desired!
