- 2 cans (400 g each) chickpeas, drained, rinsed and dried
- 1 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp (20 g) FRANK'S REDHOT® ORIGINAL SEASONING
- PREHEAT oven to 200°C. Toss chickpeas with oil and Seasoning Blend in medium bowl. Arrange chickpeas on foil lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- ROAST 40 to 45 minutes, stirring halfway through. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
