Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 g) chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp (40 g) tahini
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp (30 ml) FRANK'S REDHOT® ORIGINAL SEASONING

  1. DRAIN chickpeas, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid. Place chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and Seasoning Blend in food processor; cover. Process until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Add reserved liquid; process until smooth.
  2. TO SERVE, drizzle hummus with Frank’s RedHot® Sauce, if desired. Serve with vegetable sticks or pita chips.
