Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 bottles (296 ml) 148 ml FRANK'S REDHOT® BUFFALO WINGS® SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ranch dressing
  • 4 crusty rolls, split
  • 60 g blue cheese,crumbled
  • lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional red onion rings

directions

  1. MARINATE chicken in 1 bottle of Buffalo Wings Sauce (148ml) for 30 minutes or up to 3 hours, if desired. Mix remainder of the Buffalo Wings Sauce and dressing together; keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  2. GRILL chicken 12 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through.
  3. PLACE 2 tablespoons of mixed sauce on each half of roll. Place chicken on roll and top with 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles. Add lettuce, tomato, and onion, if desired. Serve
  4. Tip: For a spicier sandwich use Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce.
