Ingredients

  • 10 rashers bacon
  • 750 grams beef mince
  • 100 millilitres FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese,, grated
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 10 medium eggs
  • 10 mini sesame seed rolls
  • 2 tomaotes , sliced
  • 50 grams lettuce leaves

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
  2. Place the bacon rashers onto the baking sheet and cook in for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Leave to cool on a piece of kitchen roll, to soak up the excess fat.
  3. Combine the beef mince and half the Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, and form into 10 small patties.
  4. Cook the patties in a frying pan, on a medium-high heat, for 3 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Top with the cheese, cover the pan and cook for a few minutes , until the cheese melts.
  5. In a separate pan, heat the oil and fry eggs and then set aside.
  6. Now put together the sliders; put the lettuce and tomato on the bottom of each bun, top with the cheese burger, bacon and egg. Drizzle over the reamining Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce and top with the bun lid. Enjoy!
