Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, , halves
  • 80 millilitres FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon blue cheese dressing
  • 4 crusty rolls, split
  • 20 grams rocket salad
  • 1 red onion, , sliced
  • 1 tomato., sliced
  • 20 grams blue cheese, , crumbled

directions

  1. Marinate the chicken with 4 tbs Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce for 30 minutes or overnight, if desired. Mix the remainder of the Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce and the blue cheese dressing together; keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  2. Grill the chicken for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Place 1 tbs of the sauce on each half of the rolls, place chicken on the roll and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and crumbled cheese.
