Crunchy Taco Salad
Makes: 4 servings
1 pound ground beef
1 cup prepared salsa
1/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Chile 'n Lime™ Hot Sauce
8 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar
1 cup canned black beans or red kidney, drained
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 cup shredded taco blend cheese
1 Garnish: sour cream, green onions, cilantro
<p>COOK beef in skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes until browned; drain. Stir in salsa and Chile 'n Lime Hot Sauce. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.</p><p>PLACE lettuce on salad plates. Spoon meat mixture over lettuce, dividing evenly. Top with remaining ingredients. If desired, garnish with sour cream and green onions and serve with tortilla chips.</p>
