Ingredients

  • 2 bottles (12 ounces each) Bud Light® beer
  • 1 pound mezzi rigatoni pasta
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Frank's RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken, (try with rotisserie chicken for easy prep!)
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

directions

  1. HEAT beer in large saucepan on medium heat about 3 minutes, or until hot but not boiling. Stir in pasta. Cook, partially covered, on medium-low heat for 7 minutes.
  2. STIR in cream cheese, RedHot Sauce, chicken and 3 cups of the cheese until well blended. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 5 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  3. REMOVE from heat. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes to melt cheese before serving.
  4. Test Kitchen Tip: Stir in Peppadew® or hot cherry peppers and fresh mozzarella cubes for a twist on the classic chicken riggies.
