Ingredients

  • 450 grams boneless skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into tenderloins
  • 30 grams plain flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 100 grams panko breadcrumbs
  • 60 millilitres vegetable oil
  • 125 millilitres FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce

  1. PLACE chicken and flour in large resealable plastic bag; toss to coat. Place eggs in shallow dish. Place panko in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken into eggs, then into panko, turning to coat well.
  2. HEAT oil in large frying pan over medium-high. Cook chicken 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through and crispy, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
  3. TOSS chicken in Buffalo Wings Sauce to coat. Serve immediately with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
