PLACE chicken and flour in a large resealable plastic bag and toss to coat. Place eggs in a shallow dish. Place panko in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then into panko, turning to coat well.
HEAT oil in large nonstick frypan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once until cooked through and crispy.
TOSS chicken in Buffalo Wings Sauce and serve immediately.
TIP: These tenders also work well in the oven. Place chicken on a baking rack over a foil lined baking tray and bake for 15 mins at 220°C or until cooked through.
