Racing Rawhide

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
• 6 sprigs rocket
• Juice of a lemon
• 2 parts sugar syrup
• 2 shots tequila
• Slimline tonic

directions

1. Put the hot sauce, rocket, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker. Muddle together and then add the tequila and a handful of ice. Shake to mix the ingredients together.
2. Strain into a whisky glass half filled with ice cubes, top up with slimline tonic. 
3. Garnish with a whole green Chilli .
