  1. Wash and dry lettuce
  2. Whisk egg with salt and pepper and cut chicken into thick strips/goujons
  3. Dip chicken into egg wash then coat with breadcrumbs
  4. Coat chicken with spray oil & cook in oven at 180c for 15-20mins
  5. Once cooked, toss and fully coat in Frank’s RedHot Original
  6. Cut your ciabatta to size, butter on both sides and add to a hot pan butter side down until nice and crispy
  7. Drizzle blue cheese dressing, add lettuce, Frank’s RedHot Goujons and drizzle with some more dressing and crumble blue cheese on top. Perfection!
