or 600g chicken thigh fillets (Do not exceed 600g total weight)
Pre-heat oven to 180°C, 350°F. Unfold cooking bag, keeping the tie to use later. Place the chicken in the bag and sprinkle over seasoning. Hold the bag closed at the top and shake gently to coat the chicken. Twist the bag approx. 2 inches from the top and secure tightly with the tie provided.
Place bag flat on a baking tray, spreading chicken out evenly and pop into the oven on the lower oven rack to allow bag to expand. Cook for 30 mins, or until cooked through, on the middle shelf of the oven, ensuring the top shelf has been removed (bag must not come in contact with any part of the oven).
Remove from oven and rest for 1 minute. Remove the tie and open the bag to allow the hot steam to escape. Pour contents of bag into a serving dish.
TIP: Delicious finished with lime wedges and sliced spring onions.
Also great with fish, vegetables or lean pork.
Adjust cooking times accordingly. Fantastic served with corn on the cob.
