Frank's Crunchy Cayenne Chilli Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

• 1 sachet of FRANK'S REDHOT® CRUNCH CAYENNE CHILLI COATING
• 500 grams chicken mini fillets
• oil

directions

1. PREP
   Sprinkle the coating mix over 500g chicken mini fillets and toss to coat evenly. Spray with oil.
2. IN THE AIR FRYER
   Cook at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through, shaking half-way through. Adjust cooking temperature and time according to your manufacturer's recommendations.
   
   ALSO GREAT IN THE OVEN
   Cook at 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6 for 15-18 minutes, or until cooked through, turning the chicken half-way through.
