  • 900 grams extra-firm tofu
  • 6 tablespoons cornflour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ tablespoon chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 6 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 8 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce


  1. Start by preheating the oven to 220°C / 200°C Fan / Gas Mark 7.
  2. Drain and pat the tofu dry with kitchen towel or a clean tea towel. Slice it into 20 thin slices and toss it in the cornflour, salt, ground black pepper, light brown sugar, smoked paprika and chilli powder. Drizzle with the oil and transfer to a lined non-stick baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until golden and turn after 15 minutes.
  3. Make the vegan blue cheese sauce by mixing together the vegan mayonnaise, tahini, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and chives. Set aside.
  4. When the tofu is cooked, toss in the FRANK'S RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce and serve with the vegan blue cheese sauce.
