RedHot Spicy Salsa

  • 3 medium vine-ripe tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Keto Buffalo Cauliflower Wings


  1. Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F, Gas Mark 8).
  2. For the RedHot Spicy Salsa, place all ingredients in a food processor or in a bowl and use a hand blender to pulse mix the salsa ingredients until well blended, but still slightly chunky. Alternately this step can be done by hand however the benefits of using a food processor or blender makes the salsa more liquid and easier to use as a dip.
  3. For the buffalo cauliflower, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl. Add the cauliflower bites and toss until the cauliflower pieces are well-coated and have absorbed the buffalo sauce mix. Gradually sprinkle almond flour over the cauliflower in the bowl and keep tossing to coat thoroughly.
  4. Arrange the cauliflower wings in a single layer on foil lined baking tray sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Place tray in oven and roast for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Once ready serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with the RedHot Spicy Salsa.
