directions

  1. Start by preparing the spicy sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Set aside.
  2. Mix the FRANK'S RedHot® Original sauce, olive oil and chicken seasoning together, and rub it all over the chicken breasts.
  3. Place a griddle pan on a high heat and once smoking hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, until charred and cooked through. Just before removing from the pan, top each breast with a slice of cheese.
  4. Remove the chicken from the pan to rest on a plate somewhere warm and add the bacon to the pan and cook for 4 minutes or until crispy.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the griddle pan.
  6. To assemble the burger, spread a layer of the spicy sauce on the bottom bun and top with the lettuce, avocado, chicken breast with cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion and jalapenos. Spread a layer of spicy sauce on the top bun and place on top. Add an extra drizzle of FRANK'S RedHot® Original Sauce if desired. Repeat with the remaining buns and you're all set to enjoy the most delicious spicy grilled chicken cheeseburger with your friends.
