Spice up your mid-week meals with this super delicious spicy beef noodle recipe. These spicy noodles with beef mince is a Chinese style dish that is super quick and easy to make, and can easily become a regular on your weekly menu. You can also mix it up by swapping the beef for chicken or pork, depending on your preferences!
Start by cooking the noodles according to packet instructions.
Heat the oil in a large wok and place on a high heat. Add the beef mince, garlic, ginger and spring onions, and fry for 6-8 minutes or until the meat starts to brown. Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir through with FRANK'S RedHot® Original Sauce, light soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
Serve immediately with an extra drizzle of FRANK'S RedHot® Original Sauce and a scatter of crispy onions.
