Prep Time




  • 400 grams (14 ounces) cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 85 grams (3 ounces) red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 85 grams (3 ounces) white cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 2 avocados, smashed
  • 30 grams (1 ounce) rocket


  1. To start, toss the sliced cooked chicken breast in FRANK'S RedHot® Original Sauce to marinate and give flavour to the chicken breasts.
  2. Make the slaw by mixing together the red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot and yogurt and set aside.
  3. Heat the tortilla wraps in a pan until just toasted. Transfer them to a large chopping board and divide the smashed avocado, slaw, marinated chicken breasts and rocket between the four wraps.
  4. Finally, tuck in the ends of the wrap, fold to close and enjoy this delicious chicken meal.
