Ingredients

  • 4 corn on the cobs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 40 grams (1.5 ounces) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons FRANK'S RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 60 grams (2 ounces) blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

directions

  1. To start, preheat the grill to a high heat.
  2. Rub the corn on the cobs in olive oil and transfer to a lined baking tray. Place under the grill for 10 minutes, turning every few minutes until the corn is blistered and juicy.
  3. Combine the melted butter, FRANK'S RedHot® Original Sauce and mayonnaise and drizzle over the hot cobs.
  4. Scatter with crumbled blue cheese and chopped chives, before serving this delicious spicy corn recipe immediately.
